833 - Music Theater Camp

<div>Theater is an amazing way to bring so many things learned in any classroom to life.&nbsp; Theater also is a great building block for developing leadership skills, confidence and collaborative abilities as well as giving students hands on experience with theater.&nbsp; This Young Performers’ Edition is a one-hour adaptation of THE WIZARD OF OZ, specially tailored for elementary and middle school-aged actors. This classic tale, in which a Kansas farm girl travels over the rainbow to discover the magical power of home, has been entertaining audiences for generations.&nbsp; There are many fun roles, something for everyone, from the experienced actor to someone who just wants to give acting a try.&nbsp; Instructors: Shannon Egenolf and Christine Schoendorff</div><div><br></div><div>Performances will be June 28 and June 29 at 7:00 PM and June 28th at 2:00 PM&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Auditions - Saturday, April 25th 10:00 am.&nbsp; No preparation is needed, auditions will consist of cold readings and songs from the show.&nbsp; Saturday, May 16th we will have a pre rehearsal from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm . Actors will receive scripts, perform a read thru and try on costumes.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div>
